Hi,
I believe that downloading a torrent lead to getting that torrent to count for double what it should be. My torrent tells me I've downloaded ~11.7 GB, but it's reported as 16.79GB on the tracker.
I downloaded a torrent with 5.33 GB, which made my GB jump by over 10, from ~6 to now 16.79GB.

It sure looks like you have downloaded it twice. The reason for this is hard to say because it could be different reasons, a bug in the torrent client sounds likely. What client are you using?
I suggest: Stop the torrent in your client. Wait for a while some 30 mins or so and check if it says seeding or not.

Thanks for your reply. I actually resolved the issue.
It turns out if I set the download location to my OneDrive folder, it counts as two downloads. I've tested this twice, and downloading to local storage then it'll just count as one.
