hmmm...
That sounds like a weird case.
I don't know what could be the problem.
But I'll open a topic on the "Support Forum" for you and maybe someone in the community can help.

yes sure,
let me explain to you the whole situation as well as I can.

I am on mac os catalina
I have been using utorrentweb for years now and never experienced any issue
I have followed the upload protocol well, did it multiple times
I've tried with utorrent, qbittorent, transmission, bittorrentweb nothing worked
I suspect this is not an application problem

Maybe you have an idea

thanks

Hi bro,

I can see 3 of your last torrents are stuck at 0% upload.
Do you need help with that?

Regards,
Clover

Transmission usually works best on Mac in my experience!

You made uploads in the past that seem to have worked fine so I see no reason to why it wouldn't work now! :-\

Do you get any errors in the torrent client or something that indicates something is wrong somewhere?

(Edit: I know you know how to make uploads but make sure that your passkey is added to start seeding!)

judging from the peers list there is activity on the upload peer, but uploader does not show as connectable, and until he does he will not be able to seed. So it looks like it could be a connection issue on uploaders side.

Transmissions would be my first suggestions as well.
But @ibraheem said he already tried Transmissions.
Even though... it could be that he just tried seeding via Transmissions.

Maybe it would be worth the shot to try creating new .torrent files via Transmissions.
And creating a new passkey on the Transmissions created .torrent files

And I'd say then he can try seeding it with utorrentweb app. (he said that is his preferred client)

Yeah...
It could be a problem with the firewall settings (check port forwarding?)
Or maybe his ISP is blocking torrent traffic?

One way to know would be to try from another ISP or location to see if it changes the issue, or to use a VPN.

As last solution, one could use a seedbox. But it should normally not be needed.
