Hi, I made a donation on 03/01/24.
However this has not been recognized on my account, could this be an error from the recent down time?

Update: I managed to locate your account (username similar) on the tracker and saw the email you are registered with there used just like you said on Jan 3 so you have been rewarded manually for your donation!
