One more question, I just don't understand the VIP time thing

VIP thing is pretty much just a "shiny rank".
It's a way for admins and moderators of the mma-torrents community to say "Thank You" to people that donate the money needed to run the servers.
The only real perk of having an VIP rank is that you can't get auto-banned.

Auto-banning has to do with your "Ratio".

Understanding "Ratio" is important.
It is the ratio of uploaded GBs to downloaded GBs.

I have:

Meaning I uploaded 3 times more GBs than I downloaded.

Your ratio is how you show you are a good member of the community.
And prove you are "seeding" (uploading) more than you are "leeching" (downloading).

If you are not a good member of the community and you only download stuff the server would auto-ban you when your "Ratio" falls bellow 0.6
But if you have the "VIP rank" the auto-ban is not going to happen.

So in your example:
You just got the free 25GBs to download.

Meaning you can download as much "Freeleech" stuff you want.
And you can download as much "non-Freeleech" stuff you want but if you don't seed your ratio is going to fall.
And if your ratio falls bellow 0.6 you are not going to get banned right away.
But in 2 months when your VIP runs out you are getting banned.

This is worst case scenario.
If you only download and do not upload at all.

But if you try to be a good member of community and upload stuff as much as you can you are never going to use the "VIP perk".
Meaning it's just a way I said at the start.
It's a way for site owners to say "Thanks" for donating.
