Yeah man, it is possible.
You just need to set "
Priority" of a specific file.
Usually you have something like:

Priority:
- Do not Download
- Normal Priority
- High Priority
- Maximum Priority
You can use this to choose which files to download and in which order.
Probably be something like:

Import a torrent > Content > Right Click on a Specific file > Priority: "Do Not Download"
or

Click on an imported torrent > Content > Right Click on a Specific file > Priority: "Do Not Download"
I don't know which Torrent Client you are using so can't give you more specific instructions.
But it's not hard to do.
