Hello, I donated before creating an account on the forums. After not receiving a confirmation/invite email, I went back to the donation page and saw additional instructions at the bottom of the page. I followed the instructions and created a forums account and then clicked on the link that was instructed on the donation page. Unfortunately, I am still receiving a "No Permission: 'Please use the email address you used when you made your donation.'" message.
