Dear friends,

I have a seedbox running on mma-torrents and I usually reach a high ratio on each torrent prior to the 48-hour HnR seeding requirement.

The rules mention "If you have an exceptional ratio on the torrent in question a premature removal is accepted (read seedboxes).", not being 100% clear on what "exceptional ratio" means.

Does anyone have an idea on what an "exceptional ratio" is (>2.0, >3.0, ...)?

Yeah something like that. If you are over 2.0 in less then 48 hours you are giving back to the community and can feel safe.

That said, you should always strive to seed for as long as possible for the good of the community in general. Only stop or remove a torrent if you have to!

Thanks for the quick reply. Some other trackers actually penalize you for overseeding (i.e., not giving the smaller guys a chance). I'll follow your suggestion.
