Hi, I'm a new user and I downloaded a file ( 8 GB more or less). In order to maintain at least a 0.4 ratio upload/download I would like to share what I've taken but after the download completed the distribution of data didn't start. What can I do to resolve it? At this moment I don't have any nodes to which I am sending data.
