i have no other connections, i even quit all other Seeds... and DLs

The prob. really is i cannot close my client, nor the torrent, for fear of losing the upload credit (due to the lack of updates while the torrent indicator is red)

I do on occasion get this same mssg. from other sites, but it is very rare.

so that's of no help... back to my question.

actually, this time (i mean for the past 3 days) they all (the 6 torrents in error) are incompletes.
I have a few files that don't match up with others within the torrent so they are "skip"ped.
now (but not always) they show up as "limit exceeded"?

Do these incompletes still count as downloading, and therefor count as an overage on my download slots?
They are not downloading, they are being used to try and get my ratio up
should i cancel them all?

It is hard to tell from just words what the actual problem is, but I hope I got this right that you have several torrents running that are not downloading but show up as incomplete with an error message.

My advise would be to stop these torrents and wait a while. Then re-download them (if there are seeders of course) as if you are adding a reseed (so appoint the download to the same folder as the incomplete ones so utorrent should be rechecking the existing data).

Concerning your ratio, only downloaded amounts of non freeleech torrents will be counted so if in your case they are not downloading then it will not effect your ratio.

Sounds like a tired HDD. I could be wrong.
