For those who do want to be spoiled, my source is the November 2009 issue of Ultimate MMA, which I received in the mail today. As I was reading it, I came across an article on the Ultimate Fighter 10. Low and behold, a group photo was included, but not the promotional group photo. The photo was a group shot, photographed in the lounge room with the yellow walls, table, counter and whatnot.

The catch is, all 16 fighters were wearing their team gear/colors. Team Rashad wears yellow, and Team Rampage wears grey. Because the guys were wearing the colors, it is a complete spoiler for who is on which team.
