ONE Fighting Championship: Champion vs. Champion is the upcoming, inaugural mixed martial arts event to be held by ONE Fighting Championship. The event will take place on September 3, 2011 at the Singapore Indoor Stadium in Kallang, Singapore. Official Fight Card Main card: Lightweight bout: Eduard Folayang vs. Ole Laursen Welterweight bout: Yoshiyuki Yoshida vs. Phil Baroni Featherweight bout: Mitch Chilson vs. Eric Kelly Welterweight bout: Gregor Gracie vs. Wang Sai Lightweight bout: Andy Wang vs. Zorobabel Moreira Flyweight bout: Radeem Rahman vs. Susovan Ghosh Bantamweight bout: Soo Chul Kim vs. Leandro Issa Lightweight bout: Vuyisile Colossa vs. Wang Ya Gi Bantamweight bout: Daniel Mashamaite vs. Yodsanan Sor Nanthachai 160lbs Catchweight bout: Eddie Ng vs. Chengjie Wu Background While rules were not yet officially announced, rumor has it that ONE Fighting Championship will institute Pride Fighting Championships rules combined with the Unified Rules of Mixed Martial Arts; allowing for soccer kicks, head stomps, and permitting the use of elbows. |
