The woman who was hit by Quinton “Rampage” during a police chase last year is suing the former UFC light heavyweight champ after the accident caused her baby to be stillborn accoring to a Daily Pilot report.
According to the report Holli Griggs is suing for unlimited damages and is seeking compensation for property and medical expenses and emotional distress.
Jackson pleaded guilty to the incident late last year and was sentenced to counseling and community service to avoid jail time. Ironically, Rampage never was charged with causing Griggs’ miscarriage because prosecutors didn’t believe the two incidents are related.
