Wanderlei Silva Claims To Have Once 'Killed' Chael Sonnen In Sparring I love Wanderlei Silva as much as any of the PRIDE snobs, but the recent buzz about him claiming to have 'killed' Chael Sonnen while sparring at Xtreme Couture doesn't exactly make me want to see this fight. I know Wandy is infamous for hitting like a freight train during sparring but one good session isn't enough for me to give him a chance in this one. Lets hope cooler heads prevail and this fight never happens. With Silva still recouping from knee surgery, a possible fight with Chris Leben at April's UFC 129 in Toronto makes much more sense. Leben takes on Brian Stann Jan. 1 at UFC 125, but an April return would give him plenty of time to prepare for the Axe Murderer. A win for either fighter would be huge in divisional posturing and adds some major star power to a sure to be stacked card.
