Anyone Else Want to See These Two Heels Beat Each Other Up? You may Get Your wish.

(Rooting against these guys will be easy, but who do you root for in this one?)

United Glory recently announced that it will be putting on a pretty decent eight-man welterweight tournament that will include guys like former BoDog Fight champion Nick "The Goat" Thompson, DREAM 170-pound tournament winner Marius Zaromskis and Roan Carneiro.

Although the line-up is decent, one hypothetical match-up that could materialize may be more intriguing than the fight card itself.

MiddleEasy is on the same page as I am when I say that I'm keeping my fingers crossed that a heelfight between the Golden Glory promoted tournament participants Shinya "The Sadist" Aoki and Paul "Suckerpunch" Daley happens during one of the tourney's brackets.

The conundrum for most of us will be deciding which fighter to root for.

Daley shot to the top of most fans' and pundits' most hated list for his despicable cheap shot he took at fellow scoundrel Josh Koscheck following their UFC 113 bout in May, but Aoki has been on most people's top ten list for much longer for his seemingly perpetual post-fight antics and comments about his unhealthy desire to seriously injure his opponents.

Regardless of who wins, if this bout ever does happen most of us will be hoping for a three-round back-and-forth war that sees both fighters incur equal amounts of punishment for their past transgressions.

Seems like this is a Dutch/Belgium promotion yes. They seem to be doing a tournament with this one first then semi finals in Belgium and Finals in the Netherlands again. But they seem to be taking their time by the looks of it.

Also they seem to combine this with a diner and drinks, so it is sort of a gala show :P

I never got why people thought Aoki is a heel. Obviously the Hirota fight was pretty bad but it's not like that happens every fight

Prices are over the roof. 350 € to 3500 € depending on seat and dinner etc. Pretty costy considering they are not exacty top of the pops... I would not pay 350 € for a bad seat and they can only dream about normal people paying 3500 €. I guess it will be full of Hells Angels and other maffia bosses lol.

Still I would love to see that fight ^^

I couldn't watch that fight, because I'm pretty sure aoki would get KTFOd. Paul Daley is HUGE compared to Aoki, and his striking is damn sharp.

Prices are per table. some 6 persons and some 5. So in that case it is almost same price as UFC, depending on which deck, but you get a dinner and drinks too. Bad part is that you have to have more people going to this :P
