The night promises fierce battles across divisions, showcasing a mix of Russian standouts, international contenders, and crowd-favorite veterans.

Headlining the main card in the light heavyweight division, Armenia’s Grigor Matevosyan takes on Russia’s Elmar Gasanov. Both fighters are coming off impressive performances and are known for their powerful striking and calculated aggression, setting the stage for a clash that could redefine the division's hierarchy.

In the co-main event, heavyweight powerhouses collide as Brazil’s Carlos Felipe squares off against Russia’s Kirill Kornilov. Felipe’s experience and resilience in the cage will be tested by Kornilov, who is known for his knockout power and fan-favorite, all-in fighting style. This fight promises high drama as both fighters vie for dominance in ACA’s heavyweight ranks.

The featherweight division sees Kazakhstan’s Bagdos Olzhabay facing Russia’s Rustam Kerimov, while another featherweight matchup features Kyrgyzstan’s Alimardan Abdykarov against Russia’s Mikhail Egorov. Rounding out the featherweight lineup is Azerbaijan’s Tural Ragimov, who takes on Russia’s Nikita Prikhodko. All three matchups pit rising talent against seasoned athletes, delivering diverse skill sets and game plans that are bound to keep fans at the edge of their seats.

The preliminary card is just as stacked, featuring international showdowns and intriguing matchups, like Bulgaria’s Nikola Dipchikov taking on Russia’s Murad Abdulaev in the middleweight division and American Chris Honeycutt battling Russia’s Vladimir Vasilyev. Brazilian veteran Michel Prazeres faces Russia’s Evgeny Galochkin in what promises to be a high-octane welterweight contest, while Elias Silverio faces Alexey Shurkevich, offering another Brazil-Russia rivalry for fans.

ACA 181 promises a night of action, intensity, and elite martial arts skill, as top fighters from around the globe come together to make their mark in St. Petersburg.

The previously announced fight for the title between ACA champion Albert Tumenov and Abubakar Vagaev, scheduled for November 2, will be postponed. This was announced by ACA Vice President Aslanbek Badayev. "The candidate for the title Abubakar Vagaev was injured during preparation, he was diagnosed with a ligament rupture of the leg". The main event at the ACA 181 in St. Petersburg will instead be the fight of Grigor Matevosyan against Elmar Gasanov.
