LUX Fight League has unveiled the full card for its upcoming major event, LUX 047 , taking place on November 1st at the historic “ Frontón ” in Mexico City . While it was already known that the main event would be the long-awaited rematch between bantamweight champion Juan “Pegajoso” Díaz and contender José Roura , an exciting set of matchups has now been confirmed that promises an unforgettable night of mixed martial arts with a Latin flavor.
In the main event, as we said, Juan “Pegajoso” Diaz (12-1-1) will look to defend his belt in a rematch against Jose Roura (8-4) . The first fight between these two warriors was intense, with Diaz coming out victorious by decision. However, Roura, after recovering with a great victory against Mauricio Nievas, comes hungry for revenge, and this second chapter promises to be even more exciting.
Other notable fights:
Among the confirmed bouts, one of the most anticipated is the clash between Luis “Iron” Cabrera (7-6) and the young undefeated Abdi “117” Iniestra (3-0) . Cabrera is coming off an impressive victory, finishing his last opponent in just 9 seconds, while Iniestra , who debuted in LUX at just 17 years old, seeks to maintain his perfect record of 3-0.
LUX 047 promises a card full of action and great moments, where established fighters and new promises will seek to leave their mark on the legendary stage of the Frontón (CDMX).
