Cage Fury Fighting Championships (CFFC) and FURY Professional Grappling officials are pleased to announce the return of the submission grappling series on Friday, May 24, with FURY Professional Grappling 10, which takes place once again at Philadelphia's 2300 Arena.
Fernandez, a Dante Rivera Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu product and former National Wrestling Coaches Association Scholar All-American, makes his FURY Professional Grappling debut. The reigning CFFC light heavyweight champion and former CFFC NextGen titleholder is undefeated across nine combined professional and amateur MMA contests held under the CFFC banner, including a December title defense in his native New Jersey.
Meanwhile, Anders has won two straight matchups under the FURY Professional Grappling banner, scoring an overtime victory over current UFC welterweight and former CFFC champ Charles Radtke in April, as well as a decision win over UFC veteran and reigning CFFC middleweight titleholder Kyle Daukaus this past December. Between those appearances, Anders also scored a decision win over Jamie Pickett in the UFC.
