 PFL 2: Pacheco vs. Budd mixed martial arts event for the 2023 season of the Professional Fighters League will be held on April 7, 2023, at the The Theater at Virgin Hotels in Las Vegas, Nevada, United States.
 This marked the second regular-season event of the tournament and included fights in the Heavyweight and Women's Featherweight divisions.

 Background
 
 Ante Delija (23-5) was to headline the event in a bout against Yorgan De Castro (9-3) in a heavyweight match-up. However, Delija pulled out due to injury and was replaced by Denis Goltsov.
 
 In the new women's featherweight division, Larissa Pacheco (19-4) who caused an upset in the 2022 finals by defeating two-time women's lightweight champion Kayla Harrison, will take on former Bellator MMA champion Julia Budd (16-5).
 
 Further action will see the return of 2021 PFL Heavyweight World Champion, Bruno Cappelozza, set to take on 2022 PFL Heavyweight Runner-Up Matheus Scheffel.
 
 Renan Ferreira and Rizvan Kuniev will round out the main card, with Kuniev set to make his PFL Regular Season debut against the hard-hitting Ferreira.
