Cage Fury Fighting Championships (CFFC) is proud to announce the promotion's return to Parx Casino in Bensalem, Penn. Featuring a bantamweight title fight between reigning champion Da'Mon "The Diamond" Blackshear (11-4) and veteran contender Josh "That Guy" Smith (11-7), CFFC 108 takes place Saturday, May 14, at Parx Casino's Xcite Center.
Additional featured matchups include undefeated NextGen light heavyweight champion Luke Fernandez (4-0) putting his title on the line against two-time CFFC veteran Dymere Rappa (2-1).
Blackshear claimed the title in November, scoring an impressive first-round submission over a previously undefeated DeAndre Anderson to claim the belt that was vacated by Jared Scoggins when he signed with Bellator MMA. Blackshear now seeks the first defense of his belt when he takes on Smith, who returns to the CFFC cage after previously scoring a decision win over the talented Charalampos Grigoriou in 2020.
