Bellator Fighting Championships is heading to Canada, and "The Polish Hammer" meets "The So-Cal Kid."

www.mmajunkie.com) has confirmed that WEC and IFL veteran Chris Horodecki (17-3 MMA, 0-0 BFC) has signed on with Bellator Fighting Championships and will meet Chris Saunders (9-1 MMA, 0-0 BFC) at Bellator 47.
Featuring the semifinals of Bellator's "Summer Series" featherweight tournament, Bellator 47 takes place July 23 at Casino Rama in Rama, Ontario, Canada. The event's main card airs live on MTV2.
The Horodecki vs. Saunders matchup was first reported by Sherdog.com.
A four-time WEC veteran, Horodecki has won three of his past four fights. After being released from the WEC following a December 2010 loss Donald Cerrone, Horodecki has since bounced back with a submission win over David Castillo at a Knockout Entertainment Canada event, which also took place at Casino Rama.
Terms of Horodecki's deal were not immediately available, and the promotion has yet to officially announce the signing.
Meanwhile, Saunders brings an impressive seven-fight win streak to the cage. A four-time Battle in the Ballroom veteran, Saunders fought most recently in an April win over Cleber Luciano.
