Rashad Evans - I like his attitude, and I like that so many people illogically hate him as a result of his attitude. I identify with him. I also dig his style, because (aside from Tito) he can dominate people with his wrestling. He also has power in his hands, whenever he lets them go. Rashad will always be cool, in my book.
Randy Couture - What can be said that hasn't already? Much like Rashad, I like his style; if you don't have good clinch or ground defense, then Randy is going to torture and exhaust you. I really admire and respect how he carries himself (professionally, anyway), and I hope his time isn't up yet. I hope he gets some big name fights and victories, but only if he comes in with the same explosiveness as he did against Coleman. Otherwise, if he comes in like he did against Nogueira and Vera, then some of the top guys (particularly Shogun, maybe Rampage and even Jones) are going to beat him.
Gegard Mousasi - Definitely one to watch out for, and definitely in the lower Top 10, but he needs to fight better competition sooner or later. The UFC has a lock on the world's best Light Heavyweights, and Gegard definitely belongs in the UFC. I also like how he carries himself, because he doesn't have to run his mouth, and insult his opponents; he focuses more on beating them up, and what happens in the cage means a lot more than what happens out of it. I like that he's confident and focused, but still humble. I really hope he beats the hell out of that third-rate Rampage Jackson wanna-be, King Mo.
Honorable mention:
Tito Ortiz and his Fat Head. The dude is just entertaining, his excuses for losing are hilarious, and he was the main reason why the UFC survived during the non-PPV era and during ZUFFA's early reign as owners. He is great at hyping fights, and people enjoy watching him, whether they root for him or want to see his skull get cracked again
