I think the TUF format is done
what i really loved was the Fight Life AKA type series (similar to TAPOUT show) where it focused on one fighter an episode and their life/ training and then it builds up to showing them fight.
I really like shows like this and introduces you to a new fighter very well
I really dislike TUF and dont feel the talent they find is high enough post tuf 5 (with exception to a few TUF 10 HW's)
