Wow this was the most wonderful event I have seen in a long time. I even forgive them for putting on such a weak opponent for Overeem, the other fights made up for it :)

I cant wait for next DREAM by new years, something to look forward to.

Apart from the fights, the whole event was so well made, everything was really nice, the cage was the best that have happend to MMA in a long time, so beautiful, white and clean!

Some really nice submission wins, and the kick from Marius was just perfect :)

Commentating was awesome too.

I am happy now :mrgreen:

Thank you DREAM and OU (and all other DREAM cappers/rippers off course) for saving my weekend!

Absolutely. Great Fights, great commentary. I'm not sure which was funnier, the fishing net comments by Mezger or Schiavello picking up the cell phone and saying that it was Filho's mom asking them if they wanted to come over for milk and cookies. The white cage did look sweet as well.

Galesic vs. Sakuraba - What a classic battle.....Sakuraba working and working (and working) that leg....ankle locks to toe holds to kneebars...all the while Galesic beating the living crap out him and in the background Mezger doing a great job of describing what was going on. This fight is as close to what represents the best of MMA as I've seen in a long time. Submissions vs. Strikes. Ten seconds before the end of the fight I wouldn't have had a clue who to bet on. Amazing stuff.

Did you guys see how Alvarez was struggling with his neck immediately following the crucifix-thing?.. That was sick...

I was kinda cheering for Kikuno. I hope he'll get Hansen or Kawajiri for his next fight.

Yeah Sakuraba fight was awesome! I couldnt imagine he would last the whole round, looked like a meatball after :D Epic fight. Epic event. I saw a lot more MMA in DREAM 12 then I have seen in a long time. With that I mean, variety, submissions, technical battles on the ground of high class, standups fighting, KO by headkick, flying knees etc etc etc As Shiavello would say; Fantaaaastic :mrgreen: goodnight Irene

Yeah...it looked like Alvarez had been hit with a hammer the way he stumbled backwards....must have screwed him up pretty good....quite a recovery...sidenote: that arm triangle is getting really popular.
