Old guard was far from being complete fighters with 25 years of age and many stars still aren't that way. I believe that next generation will reach top level even younger. Sport is still young worldwide, regardless of growing audience, but MMA gyms are popping up more and more. With bigger pool there is place for more promotions and talent will eventually show up in numbers.
Future is looking really bright for the sport.
