If a 100kg bench is impressive is mostly reliant on weight. That's also why there are weightclasses in powerlifting and mma. I'd assume to be advanced in the big three lifts (deadlift bench squat) wouldn't hurt, but I wouldn't say that it is absolutely necessary to be a good mma fighter.
