I have to second shelled hemp/ hemp protein, has ALL the amino acids you need, proteine and fiber and other goodies like fatty acids 4-1 omega 6 to 3 (onnit hempforce is hemp + cacao + macca + stevia)...it's just rediculously healthy stuff. If you can get hold of cannabis or hemp plant matter: Juice it!!!!!! you won't get high but again, rediculously healthy and very powerfull anti-inflammatory, anti-carconigenic...even performs miracles for people who have auto-immune diseases (probably due it containing the non-psychoactive THC-acid and CBD-acid) I'm eating a lot of quinoa, lentils are also a good source of protein. Limit your intake of tuna (filled with heavy metals and pollutants)
I also have pleghm from milk but I noticed this is not as bad if you drink non-homogenised milk (which I can't find in belgium) non-homogenised milk is WAY healthier.... my other sources of proteine: cow, sheep, chicken, turkey, horse, kangaroo, ostrich etc...
My dietition also told me it's a very good idea to juice/blend after your workout, drinking some juice atm: blueberry, raspberry, some other berry, apple, apricot, spinach, celery, carrot, red beet
