The event was originally announced and scheduled to be held on December 19, 2014. However, in late November 2014, the promotion announced it would be delayed until February 2015.
This event will feature world title fight for Glory Heavyweight Championship of Rico Verhoeven vs. Errol Zimmerman as headliner and middleweight fight of Joe Schilling vs. Robert Thomas as co-headliner. Also this event will feature 4-Man Welterweight Contender Tournament to earn a title shot for the Glory Welterweight Championship.
Artur Kyshenko was replaced with Murthel Groenhart. Murthel Groenhart was replaced with Alexander Stetsurenko.
