Two new contests have been added to the developing UFC on Fox 8 fight bill, as Robbie Lawler meets Tarec Saffiedine and Danny Castillo collides with Bobby Green at the July 27 event.

UFC officials announced the bookings on Thursday, making four fights now official for the organization’s return to Key Arena in Seattle. The show will also see top welterweights do battle on the Fox Network-broadcast main draw when Rory MacDonald locks horns with Jake Ellenberger.

Lawler, 31, made his return to both the Octagon and the welterweight division in his most recent outing, dispatching former title contender Josh Koscheck on Feb. 23 at UFC 157. The victory came after an eight-fight stint with Strikeforce, during which “Ruthless” came up short in his 2011 bid to capture the promotion’s middleweight title from Ronaldo Souza.

Saffiedine, meanwhile, makes his UFC foray as Strikeforce’s final welterweight king. “The Sponge” won the belt during the organization's Jan. 13 swan song, battering Nate Marquardt’s lead leg en route to a unanimous decision victory.

After suffering a nasty knockout at the hands of Michael Johnson last October, Castillo returned to his winning ways on Feb. 16 at UFC on Fuel TV 7, outpointing British submission specialist Paul Sass. “Last Call” has won seven of his last nine fights and owns a 5-2 record since joining the UFC in March 2011.

Green put forth an impressive effort in his most recent in-cage appearance, upsetting potent wrestler Jacob Volkmann with a third-round rear-naked choke. Prior to his UFC debut, the 26-year-old former King of the Cage champion earned a 4-1 record in his Strikeforce career, with only a controversial split decision defeat to Gesias Cavalcante marring his ledger in that span.
