Background
ONE Fighting Championship is partnering with Glory Sports International for this event.
The GLORY kickboxing event features a one-night, single-elimination 16-man tournament of heavyweight kickboxers. The winner brings home a $400,000 first-place prize.
The show is effectively a double show with the first part starting at 4pm being Dream 18, and the second part starting at 8pm being GLORY 4. Dream 18 will see MMA bouts, while GLORY4 will be a heavyweight 16-man tournament ("Grand Slam") with the 16 very best stand-up fighters in the world. The Grand Slam is a new tournament format which will see the finalists fight four times in the same night, which is unprecedented in the sport.
