Middleweight bout: United States Buddy Roberts vs. United States Sean Loeffler <- cancelled

Lightweight bout: United States Tim Means vs. Brazil Bernardo MagalhaesBackgroundThe event will be the first to be broadcast on Fuel TV as part of a seven year agreement between the UFC and the network.
Despite initial reports, the preliminary card for this event will be streamed live on Facebook.
Rani Yahya was expected to face Jonathan Brookins at this event, but was forced from the bout with an injury and replaced by Vagner Rocha
C.J. Keith was originally set to make his UFC debut on this card against fellow debutant Anton Kuivanen, but decided to pull out of the bout after his fathers house burned down. Kuivanen will instead face promotional newcomer Justin Salas.
Yoislandy Izquierdo was originally scheduled to face Bernardo Magalhaes at this event, but was pulled from the bout due to contractual issues with his former promotion, CFA. Magalhaes will instead face, former KOTC Champion and promotional newcomer, Tim Means.
