The UFC is moving forward on a likely Nov. 5 event expected to take place in Birmingham, England. MMAjunkie.com and Gareth A Davis have both confirmed the event and sources that the show likely will be dubbed UFC 138. Although not official, the event is expected to take place at the 16,000-seat LG Arena at the National Exhibition Centre. Because officials are naming the event UFC 138 rather than UFC Fight Night 25, a Nov. 19 event (which is headlined by Cain Velasquez vs. Junior Dos Santos) will be UFC 139 rather than the previously reported UFC 138). The Nov. 5 event is expected to air on Spike TV via same-day delay. To date, the UFC has hosted just one show in Birmingham. UFC 89, which took place at National Indoor Arena in October 2008, drew 9,515 attendees and featured a headliner between Michael Bisping and Chris Leben. The tape-delayed Spike TV broadcast peaked with 3.4 million viewers and averaged 2.6 million. The UFC hasn't host a show in the U.K. since October 2010. The event, UFC 120, took place in London and aired via same-day delay on Spike TV. One fight agreed is Chris wiedmen vs Filthy tom lowler it is currently the only rumoured fight for the UFC 138 event, also its said Leban v Munoz will be the main event not big big names but should be a good card.
