Background

The two best bantamweights in bare knuckle fighting collide in Friday's Main Event as Alberto “El Indio” Blas (5-0) defends his BKFC World Bantamweight Championship for the first time against "Royal" Ryan Reber (6-0).

All of Blas' wins have come by stoppage in the first round. He won his BKFC World Title in June with a 70-second KO over the previously undefeated Keith Richardson. None of Blas' fights have lasted longer than 72 seconds. Reber is undoubtedly Blas' toughest task yet as he looks to rack up his fifth stoppage victory in the Squared Circle.

Don't blink during Friday's Co-Main Event as former BKFC World Championship challenger Howard "HD" Davis battles the undefeated James "Get Down" Brown. Brown is keen on smashing his way to 4-0 with a third straight stoppage victory. But wins don’t come easily against Davis, who’s headhunting for his seventh triumph in the Squared Circle.

The ringside judges almost certainly won't be needed in Friday's Feature Fight as surging heavyweight beast Leonardo "El Zombo" Perdomo looks to up his record to 5-0 with a fifth straight, first-round finish against his toughest challenge yet, Steve “Panda” Banks. All of Banks’ wins have come by stoppage, and his sole loss came against reigning BKFC World Heavyweight Champion Mick Terrill.

The No. 3 contender in the stacked BKFC bantamweight division, Justin "Joy Boy" Ibarrola (4-0), also returns to action Friday as he meets hungry upstart Justin "The Nightmare" Street (1-0). BKFC 66 includes an exciting mix of other unbeaten prospects, like bantamweight Dameko “Lotto” Labon (2-0), and established bare knuckle fan-favorite fighters, like Jeremy "Pitbull" Smith (3-2) and Stephen "Tomahawk" Townsel (3-4), who lock horns in a highly anticipated cruiserweight battle.

The event is scheduled to be headlined by BKFC Bantamweight Champion Alberto Blas against Ryan Reber for the championship. Former Strikeforce Light Heavyweight Champion, Rizin Heavyweight Grand Prix Champion and Bellator MMA Light Heavyweight World Championship challenger "King Mo" Muhammed Lawal was scheduled to come out of MMA retirement to face current BKFC Middleweight Champion David Mundell in a light heavyweight bout. However, Lawal withdrew from the bout for unknown reasons.
